GOTAFE Goulburn Valley League Finals Series – Week 1.
The GOTAFE Goulburn Valley League (GVL) is pleased to announce its Qualifying and Elimination Finals Fixture and venues for week one of its finals series.
GVL Board Chair Jacqui Hudgson said, “We have concluded our home and away season. Commiserations to those clubs who have now concluded their seasons. We now look towards what is going to be an exciting Finals Series and are pleased to advise the fixture for Week 1. On Saturday we head to Benalla during the day and Mooroopna that afternoon for twilight matches. On Sunday we head to Rochester, who were announced during the week as the Toyota AFL National Club of the Year.”

Hudgson said, “We are certain to see some nail biting games across netball and football during our Elimination and Qualifying Finals. These clubs have worked hard to get to this point and we look forward to seeing them in action.”
All senior football and A Grade netball games will be livestreamed on Cluch. Commentary will be provided by the GVL Commentary team, OneFM and Seymour FM with some games to also be broadcast on those respective radio stations.
Semi Finals will be played the following weekend at Tatura & Euroa. The Preliminary Finals will be played on Sunday 17 September and Grand Finals will be played on Sunday 24 September, both at Deakin Reserve on Shepparton. The Morrison & Wellman Family Medal Night will be held on Monday 18 September.
