Daniel Irwin joins the GVL Board
The Goulburn Valley League (GVL) Board is pleased to advise that Daniel Irwin has joined the Board filling a casual vacancy.
The move was recently endorsed by GVL Delegates and the GVL Board.
Daniel is skilled in Strategy, Stakeholder Management, Government Relations, Financial Management and Business Case/Feasibility Studies. Daniel has also participated at club level as a player, coach, team manager, volunteer and parent.
GVL Board Chair Peter Foott said, “On behalf of the GVL Board, we welcome Daniel to the Board. We are looking forward to working with Daniel and the rest of the Board to continue to grow and strengthen the GVL.”
The GVL Board still has one casual vacancy that they are seeking to fill. The Board seeks nominations from people with skills and experience in the following areas:
- Finance
- Governance
- Legal
- Strategic Thinking
- Understanding of Community Football and/or Netball
