Mansfield Club News – James Herridge to play his 300th club game.
The Goulburn Valley League congratulates Mansfield FNC player Jame Herridge on his 300th club game.
The club had this to say:
James Herridge notches up 300 games on Saturday at home against Benalla. Jimmy as he is known has played 299 games with 295 in the Seniors and 4 Reserve games. He moved to Mansfield from Thorton -Eildon in 2006 having played his Junior football with Thorton- Eildon. He did return to Thornton-Eildon for season 2015.
He played in the 2009 Premiership Team. He married a local girl in Laura Parks- the Parks family having a long association with the club and they have three lovely children. He started coaching the Reserves in 2024 and continues to do so this year. His a very popular figure around the club. Jim’s Mum and Dad are also great supporters of the club and his Dad John is a runner for the club.
